Depending on the service, we may receive your name, contact details, hotel loyalty program name and membership number, booking details, requested dates, and our communications with you. If identification is required by a property for an agreed service, we will ask for it separately and only when necessary.

- To confirm, arrange and deliver the service you request.
- To communicate with you about timing, availability and completion.
- To provide support, resolve problems and prevent misuse or fraud.
- To keep records required for operational, legal or accounting purposes.
How we protect and share information
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards and limit access to people who need the information to deliver your service. We do not sell your personal information or use loyalty account details for unrelated purposes.
We share information only when necessary to fulfil your request, such as with the relevant hotel or service provider, or when required by law. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take care to minimise the information collected and the time it is retained.
Retention and your choices
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed to complete the service, provide support and meet legitimate record-keeping requirements. You may contact us through our published WhatsApp channel to request access, correction or deletion, subject to any records we are required to retain.
Third-party programs
Hotel loyalty programs and messaging platforms operate under their own privacy policies. Elite Paths is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any hotel brand.
