Details
We transfer a Suite Upgrade Award (SUA) onto your own World of Hyatt account. You then apply it to your own qualifying reservation for a confirmed standard suite from the moment you book — no waiting and hoping at check-in.
How it works
- Send us your World of Hyatt membership number and last name
- We add the Suite Upgrade Award to your account
- You book your own eligible stay and apply the award for a confirmed suite
You book everything yourself — we do not make the reservation for you.
Validity
Each award has a fixed expiry date, shown at the top of this page. It must be applied to a stay that begins before it expires — please check the date before you buy.
Good to know
- Valid until the expiry date shown above — must be used before then
- Added to your own World of Hyatt account; you make your own booking
- Standard suites only; premium suites are not eligible
